Many thanks to Kuldiga guys ... off to Crimea / Ukraine

I had a fantastic day - even though weather was not so good .....

Sadly - my video camera failed today so cannot show the events .... but as usual Uldis gave his brilliant display ! And it is noted that 'at home ground' he likes to have 'fun' !
His Katana was VERY VERY low at times and needed landing to clear grass and debris from its tail !!

Brilliant ...

This will likely be my last flying for 2014 - Wednesday I travel to Simferopol (Crimea) - work has its price ! That will be me till middle January.

I wish all a great Christmas, fabulous New Year and great flying for 2015.

WOW ... actually managed to fly Kuldiga on the Sunday as well ....

Two videos for your amusement :

Uldis as usual having fun with his SBach .....

and then my antics with the Extra ... (small field, model floats on ... trees - clipped one actually ! ....)

Hoping to be back home in Ventspils very soon .... been another long assignment in Crimea, difficult !

Looking forward to see all you guys again and get some flying in.

Have a couple of new models to try .... Zlin 50 and Yak 55.
